"Isn't it obvious that 9/11 was an inside job?"

Hardly any event in history has been the subject of as many conspiracy theories as the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Although these theories vary greatly, they all deeply distrust the official version. Some claim that the attacks were an ‘inside job,’ staged by the USA itself to create a pretext for the war on terrorism. The controversial historian Daniele Ganser, for example, questions whether the Twin Towers were brought down solely by the impact of the planes – a controlled demolition seems more likely. Others doubt that the Pentagon was hit by an airplane. Was it not rather a missile? Although most theories have been refuted, some questions remain unanswered even after the final report.
