Mind Control Drugs

Drugs play an important role in many conspiracy theories. For example, it is claimed that a top-secret US government program called Monarch exists, which aims to turn people into remote-controlled slaves. It is claimed that a special form of brainwashing has been developed in which classical conditioning techniques are combined with the administration of drugs, similar to the novel A Clockwork Orange (1962).
Another conspiracy theory claims that large fast food chains (such as McDonald‘s or Burger King) secretly mix marijuana into their food to addict consumers and get them to eat more. However, none of these theories are based on scientific evidence.
