"Is QAnon revealing the truth they want to hide from us?"

QAnon is a far-right conspiracy ideology that emerged in the United States in 2017. It claims to be based on supposed insider information from an alleged whistleblower known as ‘Q’. Through social media, it spreads the claim that a satanic elite of politicians, Hollywood stars, and government officials is running a global child trafficking ring. These children are allegedly tortured and killed to harvest a rejuvenation serum from their blood. Only President Donald Trump, they believe, is fighting against these villains and their so-called ‘Deep State’. QAnon followers played a significant role in spreading misinformation about the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2020 U.S. elections – and were also heavily involved in the storming of the Capitol on 6 January 2021.
