Targeted Individuals

Supporters of this conspiracy theory believe that they themselves and other individuals are systematically monitored, harassed, manipulated or even tortured. They believe that these ‚targeted individuals‘ most probably have expressed unpopular views or that they possess explosive information that those in power want to cover up. In order to control or harm them, the government (or any other evil operators) would use secret technologies such as mind control, microwave weapons or electromagnetic radiation – or secretly implant chips into the bodies of their victims.
