Weather Control

Geoengineering refers to large-scale artificial interventions in the Earth’s natural systems, especially in the atmosphere, to mitigate climate change. There are legitimate concerns that some of the proposed technologies could have unforeseen effects on the climate and environment, such as spraying particles (aerosols) that reflect solar radiation to cool the atmosphere.
Conspiracy theorists also believe that geoengineering could be misused as a tool of power, for example by causing (or threatening to cause) the rainfall in an area to stop or increase. So far, however, such scenarios are still science fiction.
